Keep Track of your Hours and Expenses
The PTSA Historian needs to write a report about all the activities our volunteers do during the school year.
Please keep a record of your volunteer time. The hours should include participation in any school activity
benefiting our students, teachers and school; including time spent on telephoning and planning, time on
actual events, travel, meetings and paperwork which should cover the full year from July 1 through June 30.
Your record should include the date, what you did, and hours for all your time spent working for PTSA (phone
calls, meetings, events, volunteer work, etc.) e-mail Loretta loretta_meyer@yahoo.com
